Leaverton, Paul, PhD

Paul Leaverton served as a statistician for the pioneering Muscatine Children Study in Iowa, and later headed the Biometrics Branch of the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute. He wrote a popular manual on biostatistics. He retired from his position as head of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of South Florida and now serves widely as a consultant.
