SAS Order Forms and Renewals

The University of Minnesota has a site license for the “SAS software that is used widely for statistical analysis, as well as for access, management, analysis, and presentation of data.”

Currently, University employees and students may purchase or renew single copies of the software for use on their Univeristy owned computers at annual cost of $120.


SAS Order Forms

Purchasing with Unversity Funds:
Complete ALL the attached forms and submit them to Tom Schmitz, Non-sponsored accounting (t-schm1@umn.edu):

  Software License Agreement (pdf)
  Software License Application (doc)

Tom Schmitz will verify information and will complete and submit the on-line order. OIT will then email license information directly to the person purchasing the individual SAS license. The EpiHelp can assist purchasers with information required on the OIT software order form and with installing or activating SAS on their computers.

Note: OIT will only accept purchase requests for SAS from Tom Schmitz.
           All purchase requests MUST be made through him
