EpiHelp Hours
  EpiHelp is staffed between the hours of 7:30am - 6:00pm.
Requests can be left on EpiHelp's voicemail and e-mail 24 hours a day.
  Schedules
  Randy - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Tyler - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  Mark - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Jeff - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Meetings
Systems Support Group staff meetings are held Wednesdays at 11:00 am.

AV & Laptop Checkout

 

Once you have planned your meeting, contact EpiHelp by phone or e-mail to request a projector and/or laptop.

Information Needed:
  • Dates and times needed,
  • Location of event
  • If you need setup assistance
  • Contact name, telephone, office number and best time to
     contact.

EpiHelp staff will then schedule the request, and you will receive an email or phone call confirming your request.
