This new program connects EpiCH PhD students and post-doctoral fellows with
UMN OB/GYN Medical School residents and fellows who are looking for assistance with their research projects. The goal is to provide guidance at the beginning of a project to ensure feasibility and a sound methodological approach toward addressing specific research hypotheses.

Note: Consultation and assistance is limited to a maximum of 15 hrs per project.

• Once completed, please e-mail this form and, if applicable, the Resident Corrigan Grant Application, to Tammy Pederson (peder004@umn.edu), the Resident Coordinator, for approval.
  
  
• Once approved, the consultation request will be forwarded to Andrea Kish, the Epidemiology PhD Major Coordinator.
  
  
• Andrea will then contact you within two (2) weeks with your consultant's name and contact information.
  
  
• It is your responsibility to contact your consultant directly and within seven (7) business days.
