International Ancel Keys Symposium on Nutrition & Health
  The First Ancel Keys Symposium on Nutrition and Health, held in September, 2004 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, brought together international researchers to inform the understanding of the prevalence, underlying causes, and consequences of the global obesity epidemic, as well as the need to address obesity prevention and management as a public health issue.
