For Kaying Vang-Lor, choosing the University of Minnesota’s Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Masters Program was an easy decision. As a mother and nurse, Kaying says, “There is more to healthcare than just the actual practice.” By enrolling as an MCH Masters student, Kaying is hoping to help underrepresented populations have their voice be heard.
