This 37-page document is targeted to MCH interdisciplinary training programs and practicing MCH professionals, and outlines the knowledge and skill areas required of MCH leaders. It provides a conceptual framework for the development of an MCH leader, and describes how MCH Leadership Competencies might be used by a variety of audiences.
