From the North Metro Area

• Take 35W south towards downtown Minneapolis.
• Take Exit 17C – Washington Avenue and turn right at the light onto Washington Ave.
• Go 1 block and turn right onto 12th Avenue.
• Go 1 block and turn right onto 2nd Street.
• After 1 block, the road will curve to the left.
• The West Bank Office Building is on the right
  (glass building with red trim).
• Visitor’s lot – straight ahead

From the East Metro Area

• Take 94 west towards downtown Minneapolis
• Take the 5th St. exit (exit 234B)
• Turn right (north) onto 11th Ave.
• Go across Wash. Ave. and turn right onto 2nd St.
• After 2 blocks, the road will curve to the left
• The West Bank Office Building is on the right (glass building with red trim).
• Turn right into the driveway and park in the Visitor’s lot – straight ahead.

From the South and West Metro Area

• Take 35W north or 394 east toward downtown Minneapolis
• When 35W and 94 meet, stay on 35W north (or if you are coming from 394, take the 35W north exit after the tunnel)
• Immediately, take exit 17C-3rd St/u of M exit.
• Then take the U of M West Bank route.
• At the light, turn left (west) onto Wash. Ave.
• Go across the freeway, turn right onto 12th Ave.
• Go 1 block and turn right onto 2nd St.
• After 1 block, the road will curve to the left.
• The West Bank Office Building is on the right (glass building with red trim)
• Turn right into the driveway and park in the Visitor’s lot – straight ahead

Parking rates

The rates there are as follows: 0 - 1 hour, $2.50; 1 - 2 hours, $5.00; 2 - 3 hours, $7.00; each hour after that is an additional $1.00 per hour. You could also park on South Second Street at a cost of $.75 per hour but you will need to bring quarters to feed the meters.

There is a $2.00 all-day lot within walking distance of the building at South Second Street and 10th Avenue; we cannot guarantee there will be spots there, but there usually are plenty of spaces.

You would want to give yourself about 10 minutes to walk to the building from the lot. Once inside the front entrance of the building, go through the glass doors to the left of the security desk.

Once You Are Inside

Take the elevators to the third floor, turn to your right after exiting the elevator, and go through the double glass doors. Tell the receptionist with whom you are here to meet, and s/he will phone the person you're meeting and let them know you're here for your appointment.
